At Thermava, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our obligations when you buy products from https://thermava.us.


Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases unless we state otherwise at checkout. US law does not require sellers to accept returns for buyer’s remorse — retailers may set their own policy and must follow the policy they publish. (LawInfo.com)


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy. In that case we will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate. If we cannot ship the merchandise you ordered, we will refund the full amount tendered (including shipping and handling). (Federal Trade Commission)

To report a problem, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

For fastest service, contact support within 14 days of receipt for damaged/incorrect items. Warranty claims may be made during the product warranty period (see Warranty below).


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a non-fault return or replacement (when allowed):

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories, cables, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
    For safety and electrical products, we cannot accept returns if items show signs of use, damage from misuse, or tampering.

Return Process & Shipping Costs

Before returning any item, you must contact us to receive return instructions and an RMA. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Unless the return is due to a manufacturer fault or our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Many US retailers follow this practice unless they advertise “free returns.” (Return Prime)

If we approve a refund for a faulty or incorrectly shipped item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and/or provide a prepaid return label.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund where appropriate.


Warranty

Products sold on https://thermava.us include the stated manufacturer warranty (for our heater product: 1-year limited warranty). Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty remedies include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
